오늘은 데킬라를 이용한 술을 만들어 봤어요.

태양에 화상을 입었다는 뜻의 선번!

데킬라로 만드는 칵테일은 유난히 태양과 관련되는 술이 많은것 같아요.

데킬라의 강렬한 맛과 어울리긴 하네요.

색도 붉다못해 검붉은 강렬한 색이에요.

Today, I made drink with Tequila.

It is Sunburn.

Tequila is as famous to cocktails with name of 'sun'.

But it is really suitable to Tequila's unique taste.

It has color with red. Especially strong red with dark color.

만드는법은 데킬라 1oz, 트리플섹 1oz, 크랜베리 주스 3oz를 섞어주세요.

Stir tequila 1oz, triple sec 1oz and cranberry juice 3oz.

먼저, 향은 데킬라 향이 강하게 나요. 어떤 칵테일이던 데킬라의 향을 숨길순 없나봐요ㅎㅎ.

하지만 맛은 데킬라의 맛이 거의 느껴지지 않아요. 크랜베리 주스와 트리플 섹의 달달함이 술의 맛을 감춰줘요.

하지만 역시 절반정도가 술이라 그런지 달다고 홀짝홀짝 마시면 다음날 큰일날꺼에요ㅎㅎ

약간의 시큼함도 느껴지는 술이네요

First of all, I can smell Tequila. All of the cocktail with tequila never cover smell of Tequila.

But I cannot feel taste of Tequila. Sweet taste of cranberry and triple sec cover bitter taste of tequila.

You have to keep in mind, half of drink is alcohol. If you drink faster because it is sweet, you can see hell in next day.

I can little sour.

오늘은 데킬라를 이용한 칵테일, 싱코 데 마요를 만들어봤어요.

싱코 데 마요는 멕시코의 5월 5일의 기념일이라고 해요. 전투에서 이긴 날이라고 하는데 휴일은 아니라네요.

그래서 그런지 싱코 데 마요는 강한 술인 데킬라와 붉은 색을 내는 강렬한 칵테일이에요.

준비물은 데킬라 화이트 2.5oz, 그레나딘 시럽 0.5oz, 라임주스 1oz에요.

만드는법은 간단해요. 믹싱 글라스에 넣고 섞어주면 완성이에요.

저는 시원하게 마시고 싶어 얼음을 하나 띄었는데 확실히 시원하긴 하지만 맛은 잘 느껴지진 않아요.

소금 리밍과 라임으로 장식을 했어요.

마시고 난 소감은, 시고 세고 짜요ㅋㅋ

딱 데킬라와 그레나딘 시럽, 라임주스 떠오르는 그맛이 나요.

독특한 맛이 나진 않지만 색이 이쁘고 강한 술을 마시고 싶을때 추천드립니다.

Today I made Cinco de Mayo which with Tequila.

Cinco de Mayo means, special day of Mexico on 5ft May. It is day of won a battle, but it is not holiday.

For that, Cinco de Mayo used Tequila which is strong drink with red color.

Prepare Tequila white 2.5oz, Grenadine syrup 0.5oz, lime juice 1oz.

It is simple. Just mixed all in mixing glass.

I float an ice for drink cool. It makes cool but hurt to feel taste.

Decorate with salt Rimming and lime.

I felt..sour, strong and salty.

Exactly taste like mix Tequila, Grenadine syrup and lime juice lol.

It dose not taste special, but suggest when you want drink strong with pretty color drinks.
