오늘은 타이거 맥주의 하나인 타이거 화이트를 리뷰해 볼게요.

라거인 타이거와 다르게, 이건 밀맥이라는것을 강조하네요.

첫맛은 놀랄만큼 맛있었어요. 부드럽고 은은한 시트론 향까지 느껴졌어요.

하지만 뒷만은 좀 심심한 느낌이였어요.

도수는 4도이고 탄산도 적어 부드럽게 넘어가는것이 특징이네요

Today I review tiger white which is under brand of tiger.

It is wheat beer, different from other tiger(lager)

It has really good first taste. It was soft and felt citron scent.

But last taste was quite boring to me.

It has 4 degree of alcohol, drink smoothly with less carbonic gas

크리스마스를 맞아 바에갔엇는데, 거기서 마신 드라이 마티니를 리뷰해 볼게요.

생각보다 잔이 엄청 커서 놀랐고 생 래몬을짜서 넣었는지 신맛과 레몬 과육조각들이 떠다니더라구요.

저도 레몬 시럽을 약간 넣어서 만들어 볼까 해요

This is Daily shot what I drunk.

It was Christmas, I went bar.

This is dry martini what i drunk in there.

It has really huge glass, and seems squeeze lemon. I can saw small pieces of lemon in glass.

크리스마스를 맞아 바에갔엇는데, 거기서 마신 올드 패션드를 리뷰해 볼게요.

바텐더석이 창문을 통해 보여서 만드는걸 슬쩍슬쩍 훔쳐 봤는데 여기서는 앙고스투라 비터를 넣지않고 계란 흰자를 넣는것 같더라구요.

그래서 그런지 부드럽고 넘기는 맛이 좋았어요. 위스키는 짐빔을 쓰는것 같았어요

This is Daily shot what I drunk.

It was Christmas, I went bar.

This is old fashioned what i drunk in there.

I could see how bartender make it, coz i seated next to. Here did not put Angostura bitters but use white of the egg.

Therefor, it has great taste to drink over throat. seems use Jim beam for bourbon.

포스터스사 산하의 맥주라는데 맛...보다는 느낌이 특이햇어요. 라거라기엔 탄산이 너무 적고, 에일이라기엔 좀 거친 느낌이 있는...

뒷맛이 상당히 깔끔하게 딱 떨어지는 느낌인데, 포터스 산하라 그런지 심심한 느낌은 없지않아 있었어요.

오스트레일리아 맥주는 아직까지 제 입맛에 맞는 맥주는 아직 나타나지 않았네요 ㅠㅜ

Today I review Victoria bitter made by Australia.

It is under Foster's company. And it's feeling was interesting.

Less carbohydrate gas than normal lager,  quite tough to call ale...

It has clean taste of end. But little bit 'boring' taste like other foster's beer.

I cannot find my favorite Australia beer yet :(

안녕하세요 준이에요!

오늘은 대표적인 진, 비피터를 리뷰해 볼게요.

사실 아직 각 술의 고유한 향을 느낄 정도는 못되서 간단하게 설명만 하고, 좀더 지식이 쌓이면 자세히 리뷰해 볼게요.

영국 술이라고 하며, 40도와 47도 두가지가 있다고 해요. 제가 가지고 있는건 47도 짜리네요.

칵테일을 만드는데, 진베이스라면 비피터가 좋다고 해요. 진의 기본적인 맛을 가지고 있고, 봄베이처럼 자신만의 맛이 너무 강하지도 않아서요.

Today I review the Beefeater which is famous Gin

I am not expert to known of alcohol, so just simply review. And Review again more detail when I get more knowledge. 

It is alcohol of England, has two degree of alcohol. 40 and 47. I have 47 degree of alcohol.

Beefeater is good to make cocktail. It has basic taste of gin, and doesn't strong own special taste like Bombay.
