핑크 진(Pink Gin)

오늘은 앙고스투라 비터를 이용한 술을 만들어 봤어요.

만드는 법도 간단한 핑크 진이에요.

진 2oz와 앙고스투라 비터 4 dash를 저어서 섞어줍니다

사실 만들어 봤더니 전혀 핑크색이 아니라서 긴가민가해서 유튜브에 다른 핑크진을 찾아봤지만 칵테일 핑크진은 이색이 맞더라구요ㅋㅋ

진과 앙고스투라 둘다 향으로는 둘째가라면 서러울 술이라서 향은 무척 강해요.

맛은 진의 아린 맛보다 차라리 앙고스투라 비터의 매운맛이 혀를 자극해요.

쌩 진보다는 좀더 먹기 쉽지만 비슷한 종류의 술에 익숙하지 않은 분들이라면 진저리를 칠만한 강렬한 칵테일 입니다.

Today, I made drink with Angostura bitters.

It is really simple to make it.

Stir Gin 2oz with Angostura bitters 4 dash.

When I make it, is is far from color with pink. So I research in Youtube. But it is really color of Pink Gin Cocktail.

Gin and Angostura bitters is as famous as strong smell. It has strong scent.

Angostura bitters's smell is stronger than Gin. It could say more spicy than Gin's hot taste.

It is more easy to drink than original Gin. But if you are not familiar with Gin's taste, you would be hate of it.
