칵테일 만드는건 오랫만이네요
오늘은 보드카를 이용한 블루라군을 만들어 봤어요.
새콤달콤함이 매력적인 가볍게 즐길수 있는 칵테일이에요.
사실 보드카가 향이 세지 않다 보니 레몬주스에 따라서 맛이 많이 달라질거 같아요
저는 농축액을 썻는데 달긴한데 조금 따로 노는 느낌이였어요

It is been long time to make cocktail.
I made Blue Lagoon today with vodka
It is light cocktail with bittersweet taste
Vodka has no strong taste, Lemon juice determine taste
I used high concentration juice. It was too strong, taste is not make harmony
보드카 Vodka 1.5oz
블루 큐라소 Blue curacao 0.5oz
레몬주스 lemon juice 0.5oz
탄산수 soda water

오늘은 병을 비울겸 해서 헤네시 V.S.O.P를 리뷰해 볼게요
꼬냑으로 대표적인 술이지요
위스키와 비슷하면서 다르다는 느낌을 받았는데, 포도주를 이용해서 만든데요.
부드러운 맛과 쓰지 않은것이 특징이네요. 꼬냑은 사실 많이 마셔보질 못해서 자세한 리뷰는 힘드네요ㅎㅎ

It is famous cognac brand
As I known, Cognac made by Wine.
It looks similar with Whisky but taste is totally different.
It has smooth and no bitter taste.
I didn't drink it as much, hard to detail review lol

I am not score to bar, just record where I'v been.
올해 초에 시작해서 한참 광고됬었던 히든바에요.
문이 특이한데 어떤식인지는 직접 가서 보시는걸 추천드려요. 미리 말하면 재미 없으니까요.
방이 두개가 있어요. 바깥쪽은 라이브밴드가 공연도 할수 있는 넓고 붉은 빛이 나는 공간이고
안쪽의 바텐더 방으로 오면 야광 그림으로 칠한 예쁜곳이에요.
디자인이 참 예뻣어요.
칵테일도 주사기를 이용한 이쁜걸 주로 만들던데 너무 비싸서 저는 맥주만 마셨어요.
라이브 밴드는 차라리 안하는걸 원했어요. 분위기랑도 어울리지 않고 실력도....
라이브가 끝나고 노래가 나오니 훨씬 낫더라구요. 약간 라이트한 클럽 느낌으로 신나는 음악을 틀어줘요.
디자인 덕에 한번쯤은 가볼만한 곳이에요.
It is hidden bar which open early of this year.
It has interesting door, i will not mention in this post. Better to visit.
It has two room. Outside room has place to live band. And color with red.
Inside room for bartender and some seats. It painted with luminous. Looks nice.
It has beautiful design.
It has cocktail with syringe. looks pretty.
But I just drunk beer coz it was expensive.
I think better to no live band in there. Is is mismatch with mood, and they are.........
After live, they play music. It was much better. Feels like light club music.
It is not bad to visit 'one time'
