오늘은 시원한 데킬라 토닉을 만들어 봤어요.
토닉종류는 기주에 토닉워터만 추가하면 되는 아주 간단한 칵테일인데요, 그만큼 더 맛을 내기가 힘들다고 해요.
하지만 저는 초보니까 막 만들어 마십니다!
데킬라와 토닉워터를 1:2의 비율로 섞어주었어요.
여기선 데킬라 2oz, 토닉워터 4oz,로 했는데 생각보다 양이 많네요..
다음에는 1.5oz에 3oz로 해야겠어요...
맛은 첫맛은 놀랍게도 달아요. 넘기면서 토닙워터의 씁쓸한 맛이 감돌고 데킬라는 향으로 가볍게 느껴져요.

Today I made Tequila tonic.
Tonic cocktails are very simple to make, just add tonic water to base alcohol.
But people said it is harder to make great taste.
I am new to make cocktail, so do not care of detail.
I mixed tequila with tonic water to 1:2 ratio.
I used 2oz of tequila and 4 oz of tonic water.
But it is too much. I will make 1.5 and 3oz when I make again.
First taste is sweet. When over throat, feel bitter taste of tonic water. Tequila's scent can feel.
