칵테일 만드는건 오랫만이네요

오늘은 보드카를 이용한 블루라군을 만들어 봤어요.

새콤달콤함이 매력적인 가볍게 즐길수 있는 칵테일이에요.

사실 보드카가 향이 세지 않다 보니 레몬주스에 따라서 맛이 많이 달라질거 같아요

저는 농축액을 썻는데 달긴한데 조금 따로 노는 느낌이였어요

It is been long time to make cocktail.

I made Blue Lagoon today with vodka

It is light cocktail with bittersweet taste

Vodka has no strong taste, Lemon juice determine taste

I used high concentration juice. It was too strong, taste is not make harmony

보드카 Vodka 1.5oz

블루 큐라소 Blue curacao 0.5oz

레몬주스 lemon juice 0.5oz

탄산수 soda water

오랫만에 레몬주스 들어간걸 만들고 싶어서 오늘은 A1을 만들어 봤어요.

첫맛은 진의 강한맛이 훅 들어오고 곧 레몬주스와 트리플섹의 단맛이 살짝 목을 넘어가고 그레나딘의 끈적한 맛이 갑자기 모든 맛을 확 잡아 버려요.

딱 한잔으로 끝내기 좋은 술이네요

만드는 법은 진 1oz, 레몬주스 0.5oz, 트리플섹 0.5oz와 그레나딘 시럽 1dash를 쉐이크해 줍니다.

Today I made A1 because want to make with lemon juice.

It has interesting taste. At first, Gin's strong taste hit the mouth. Sweet taste of lemon juice and triple sec touch upper throat. At last, Grenadine's  sticky taste hold all of taste.

It could say good drink with only one glass.

Shake Gin 1oz, lemon juice 0.5oz, triple sec 0.5oz with 1 dash of grenadine syrup.

오늘은 브랜디를 이용한 칵테일을 만들어 봤어요.

이름은 비트윈 더 시트.

자기전에 마시는 칵테일 종류라고 하네요.

브랜디의 향에 트리플 섹의 상큼한 오렌지 냄새가 겹쳐 향많으로도 달콤하고 취할것 같아요.

맛은 부드러우면서 달고 끝맛은 쌉싸름하지만 달콤한 향은 오히려 오래 남아요.

브랜디 0.5oz, 화이트 럼 0.5oz, 트리플 섹 0.5oz, 레몬주스 0.5oz를 쉐이크해 주세요.

Today I made cocktail with brandy.

Named 'between the sheets'.

It is night cap cocktail.

It has scent of brandy with orange scent of triple sec. Really sweet smell, even could drunk with scent only.

It has sweet taste with soft. Last taste with little bitter but sweet feeling goes long after drink.

It shake brandy 0.5oz, white rum 0.5oz, triple sec 0.5oz with lemon juice 0.5oz.

오늘은 기본적인 칵테일 화이트 레이디를 만들어 봤어요.

화이트 레이디는 XYZ에서도 설명했지만,  발랄라이카, 카미카제, 마가리타, 사이드카, XYZ 등의 칵테일에서 기주만 바꾼 술이에요.

맛은 새콤하지만 술이 대부분이라 살짝 강해요. 개인적인 평으로는 도수는 비슷할 테지만 다른 바리에이션보다 편하게 마시기엔 향이 강한 편이에요.

드라이 진 1oz, 레몬 주스 0.5oz, 트리플섹 0.5oz를 쉐이크 해주세요

Today I made white lady which is basic cocktail. It is just change basic alcohol from Balalaika, sidecar, XYZ.

It has sour drink but strong. It used only little lemon juice. It would be similar alcohol ratio from other variations, but I felt it is more hard to drink.

Shake dry Gin 1oz, lemon juice 0.5oz and triple sec 0.5oz.
