오늘은 오랫만에 목테일을 만들어 봤어요.

얼마전 마트에서 우연히 핑크 자몽주스를 발견했지 뭐에요!

핑크 자몽주스는 자몽의 중간부분을 빼고 주위만 짜낸 주스라고 해요.

일반 자몽 주스보다 덜써요. 아니 차라리 쓴맛이 거의 느껴지지 않는다고 해도 될것 같아요.

만드는법은 하이볼 글라스 절반정도로 주스를 따른 다음, 벌꿀 반큰술 정도를 넣어주면 되요. 이미 주스로 만들때 설탕을 많이 넣어서 꿀을 많이 넣게 되면 너무 달아 지더라구요. 저는 레몬 조각으로 장식을 했어요.

Today, I made mocktail.

Accidentally I found pink grapefruit juice at grocery.

Pink grapefruit is squeeze but without center of it.

It is less bitter and sour than normal grapefruit. Or even you can say no sour at all.

Pour pink grapefruit juice until half of highball glass, stir half spoon of honey. Already pink grapefruit juice has sugar enough, do not mix much honey.

I peel with lemon slice.

오늘은 말리부를 이용한 말리부 콜라를 만들어 봤어요.

말리부 럼에다 콜라를 섞으면 되요. 맞아요 럼콕이랑 똑같아요. 단지 기주만 일반 럼이 아닌 말리부인것 뿐이에요.

하지만 말리부가 워낙 독특한 맛을 가지고 있어 정말 맛있어 졌어요.

콜라의 맛이지만 좀더 바닐라향과, 저는 소다맛을 느꼈어요. 마치 옛날 학교 앞 문방구에서 팔던 불량 식품 콜라 아이스크림 같은 맛이 났어요.

달달한게 먹고싶을때 좋아요. 자꾸자꾸 먹고 싶어지니 주의!

Today, I made Malibu coke with Malibu rum.

It is just mix Malibu rum with Coke. Yes, exactly same with Rum coke. But only different base Rum to Malibu Rum.

Malibu has unique taste, it is dramatically different from rum coke. Really delicious. 

It has taste of coke but more vanilla with soda taste. I felt low quality food ice cream when I ate at elementary school student.

You can enjoy it when you want to drink sweet thing. But have to careful you may want to drink endless!

말리부 1oz와 콜라 3oz를 섞어줍니다.

Sir Malibu rum 1oz with coke 3oz.

오늘은 칼스버그 라인업중 하나인 칼스버그 스페셜 브루를 리뷰해 보려 해요.

한국에는 있는지 없는지 잘 모르겠네요.

외관은 흑맥주처럼 생겼어요. 하지만 색은 황금색의 일반 맥주와 같아요.

도수는 6.5%로 일반 맥주보다 약간 높아요.

스페셜이란 이름을 달고 있어서인지 일반 칼스버그 맥주보단 확실히 나은 맛을 가지고 있어요.

우선 부드럽고, 쇠맛이 덜나요. 탄산은 일반 칼스버그 보다 적은편이에요.

부드럽게 목을 넘어가고 끝맛에서 쓴맛은 오래 남아 있어요.

일반 칼스버그 보단 제 입맛에 좀더 맛는 맥주에요.

Today I am going to review Carlsberg Special Brew which line up of under Carlsberg.

I cannot sure Korea has it or not.

Can looks like black beer. But it has same gold color with other beer.

It has 6.5 degree of alcohol, little higher than other beers.

It has better taste from normal Carlsberg beer, maybe it has name with 'special'.

First of all, it is soft, less taste of metal. Less carbonic acid from normal Calrsberg.

It has smoother drink feeling, could feel bitter taste at last taste of beer.

It is my style rather than normal Carlsberg.

어제 밤에 잠도 오지 않아서 가볍게 한잔 하려고 만들어본 칵테일이에요.

마티니는 마티니지만 007에서 나와 유명해진 보드카 마티니에요.

마티니와 만드는 법은 똑같지만 기주가 진이 아닌 보드카란점만 다른데요, 이 술은 젓지말고 흔들어서 만듭니다.

저는 레몬 필을 해서 장식을 했어요. 주스 없이 술만 섞어서 만들때 레몬의 상큼함이 느껴져서 자주 넣어요.

젓는것과 흔드는것이 크게 차이가 나냐고 물을수도 있는데 정말 차이가 커요! 이번 칵테일을 흔들기 전에 젓기만 해서 마셔 봤어요. 어차피 도수는 똑같겠지만 흔들면 공기가 들어가서 입 안에서도 부드럽고 좀더 마시기 쉬워져요. 상큼한 레몬 필향은 더더욱 마시기 쉽게 하구요.

애초에 향이 약한 보드카를 쓴데다가 흔들기까지 해서 오리지널 마티니보단 훨씬 마시기 쉬워요. 느껴지는 베르무트의 향도 좀더 편안하게 느낄수 있구요.

Yesterday night, I cannot sleep easily, so made cocktail.

It is Martini but being famous from 007, Vodka Martini.

It is same recipe with Martini but use Vodka for base instead of Gin.

It have to shake, not stir.

I used lemon peel. I like it because can enjoy scent of fresh lemon when you drink.

It is really different from stir to shake. When I made this cocktail, I drink little bit before shake. It has same ratio of alcohol but totally different taste. Put air in the cocktail, so easy to drink and more soft. Lemon peel makes more easy to drink.

It used Vodka which has weak smell, even more shake. So it is easier to drink than original Martini. Also, you can enjoy scent of vermouth easier.

2oz의 보드카와 1/2oz의 드라이 베르무트를 흔들어 섞어줍니다.

Shake with 2oz of Vodka and 1/2oz of dry vermouth

오늘은 맥주 리뷰를 해 볼까 해요

주인공은 바로 빈탕! 뉴스나 다른 매체에서는 빈땅이라고 하는데 관련 언어를 자주 듣는 저는 빈탕이 더 맞다고 생각합니다...

인도네시아의 대표적인 술이고 하이네켄 사 관련 맥주에요.

발리 여행갔을때 하루에서 몇캔씩 사마셨던 기억이 나네요.

빈탕의 뜻은 별인데 과연 큼지막하게 별이 박혀 있어요.

필스너 맥주이고 4.7%에요.

필스너 맥주답게 맑은 황금색을 띄고 있고 첫모금은 부드럽게 넘어가지만 입에 머금고 있으면 조금 쓴맛이 맴돌아요.

냄새가 일반 라거보다 좀더 달달한 느낌이 들어서 좋습니다.

Today, I am going to beer review.

The host is Bintang.

It is popular beer in Indonesia and under Heineken company.

When I was travel to Bali, I drunk it bottles everyday.

Mean of Bintang 'star'. You can see large star on the case.

It is Pilsener beer and 4.7% of alcohol.

It has light gold color, drink with soft when first moment. But can feel bitter when rolling in the mouth.

I like this smell because feel more sweet than other lager.

오늘은 오랫만에 보드카를 이용한 칵테일을 만들어 봤어요.

오늘 만든 칵테일은 시브리즈에요. 직역하니 바다의 산들바람이라는 뜻이네요.

이름처럼 무척 순한 술이에요. 도수도 낮고 달아서 잘 넘어갈듯 해요.

보드카가 향과 맛이 잘 안느껴지는 술이기도 하고 양도 적어서 술향은 크게 느껴지지 않아요.

크랜베리 주스의 단맛과 자몽 주스의 신맛이 잘 어우러지는 칵테일이에요.

Today, I made cocktail with vodka.

Named "sea breeze".

As following name, it is really mild cocktail.

Low alcohol, and sweet.

Vodka is alcohol which no smell and weak taste. Even in this cocktail, hard to taste alcohol because use vodka little bit only.

It is cocktail which combined taste of sweet with cranberry juice and sour with grapefruit juice.

만드는 법은 보드카 1.5oz, 크랜베리 주스 3oz, 자몽주스 0.5oz,를 섞어줍니다.

Stir Vodka 1.5oz, cranberry juice 3oz with grapefruit juice 0.5oz.
