오늘 만들어볼 술은 바카라에요

보드카, 데킬라, 트리플 섹을 2:1:1로 섞고 블루 큐라소와 레몬 주스를 1티스푼씩 흔들어주면 되요

블루 큐라소는 색이 많이 진하니 살짝만 넣어도 색이 살아나요

일반 레몬주스보다 농축액을 쓰면 훨씬 맛이 잘 느껴지지만, 이것 역시 맛이 진하니 조심해서 넣어주세요!

새콤달콤할것 같은 색과는 달리 술이 왕창 들어가서 생각보다 센 술이에요

Today I made Baccarat

shake vodka, tequila, triple sec with 2:1:1 ratio. Add 1ts of blue curacao and lemon juice

Blue curacao has strong color, only needs little bit

As same as lemon juice. I used concentrate lemon juice. It is very sour, might to add very little of it

It is strong because all add alcohol, far from sweet sour taste looks like.

칵테일 만드는건 오랫만이네요

오늘은 보드카를 이용한 블루라군을 만들어 봤어요.

새콤달콤함이 매력적인 가볍게 즐길수 있는 칵테일이에요.

사실 보드카가 향이 세지 않다 보니 레몬주스에 따라서 맛이 많이 달라질거 같아요

저는 농축액을 썻는데 달긴한데 조금 따로 노는 느낌이였어요

It is been long time to make cocktail.

I made Blue Lagoon today with vodka

It is light cocktail with bittersweet taste

Vodka has no strong taste, Lemon juice determine taste

I used high concentration juice. It was too strong, taste is not make harmony

보드카 Vodka 1.5oz

블루 큐라소 Blue curacao 0.5oz

레몬주스 lemon juice 0.5oz

탄산수 soda water

오늘은 새콤달콤한 맛을 자랑하는 코스모폴리탄을 만들어 봤어요.

보드카 1oz, 트리플섹 0.5oz, 라임주스 0.5oz, 크랜베리주스 0.5oz를 쉐이크하는 간단한 칵테일이에요.

하지만 맛은 새콤달콤하면서도 결코 약하지 않는 매력있는 칵테일이에요.

색도 선홍빛이고 맛도 있고 해서 장식만 하면 무척 이쁜 칵테일이되요. 레이디킬러 칵테일로 유명하다고 하네요.

Today I made cosmopolitan which has sour sweet taste cocktail.

It used vodka 0.5oz, triplesec 0.5oz, lime juice 0.5oz, cranberry juice 0.5oz. Shake and pour to glass.

It is simple to make but taste with pretty. It is sour with sweet but strong alcohol.

It has pretty red color, good taste. So if you decorate well, it could be very beautiful cocktail. It is famous to 'lady killer cocktail" :)

오늘은 전에 만든 엘 토로와 비슷한 칵테일, 블랙 러시안을 리뷰해 볼게요.

엘 토로와 다르게 깔루와랑 보드카를 이용해요.

비율은 똑같이 2:1로 보드카 2oz, 깔루아 1oz를 섞어주면 되요.

데킬라를 썻던 엘 토로보다 알콜 향이 세게 나서 당황했어요. 첫맛과 끝맛이 보드카의 쓴맛이 확 느껴져서 좀더 다가가기 힘든 술이에요.

개인적으로는 좀더 마일드한 엘 토로가 취향이네요

Today I made black Russian which similar with el toro.

It use Vodka, different from el toro.

Has same ratio, 2:1. I used Vodka 2oz and 1 oz f Kahlua.

I shocked it has strong alcohol taste even more than el toro which used Tequila. It has strong bitter taste of vodka on first and last taste.

Personally, I like el toro more because it is mild.
