오늘은 흑맥주로 유명한 기네스를 리뷰해 볼껀데 그중에서도 포린 엑스트라 스타우트라는 라인업을 리뷰해 보려 해요.

한국에서는 못본것 같은데 제가 사는곳에서는 요새 기네스가 이거밖에 없어요....

기본 기네스를 마시고 싶은데 이것만 나오더라구요ㅠㅠ

엑스트라란 말이 있어서 그런지 기본 기네스보다 훨신 진합니다.

목넘김은 부드럽지만 무척 진해요.

처음엔 단맛이 나지만 목으로 넘기는 순간부터 진한, 계피와 커피향이 올라옵니다.

역시나 씁쓸하구요, 기본 라인업보다 더 써요.

도수는 5.5%에요. 비중도 더 무거운가 봐요.

더티호를 만들때 기본 기네스가 없어서 항상 이걸로 만들었는데, 호가든보다 항상 밑으로 가라않더라구요.

처음엔 제가 플로팅에 서툴러서 그런가보다 했는데 어느정도 익숙해진 지금도 그렇게 만들어져요.

아예 섞이는것도 아니고, 위로가야할 기네스가 밑으로 깔리는걸 보니 훨씬 무거운가 봐요.

Today, I will review Guinness which popular brand of black beer.

Especially "foreign extra stout".

I haven't see it in Korea, but only I have it where I living now.

I want basic line up but only I can get it.

Maybe it mention with 'extra', it is more thick taste.

Swallowing smoothly but very thick and heavy.

Can feel sweet on first time, but feel heavy coffee and cinnamon taste after swallowing.

Of course it is bitter, even more basic model.

It is 5.5% of alcohol. Seems it is heavy.

When I make dirty hoe, i used this because i cannot get basic model of Guinness. It always fall under hoegaarden.  

I thought, I unskilled for it but even now it is same that I already used to floating.

Even it is not mixed, Guinness falls down that have to rise up.

오늘은 전에 말씀드렸던 버본 위스키를 마셔 봤어요.

전에는 조니워커에서 만든 버본이였지만 오늘은 버본 위스키의 대표적인 브랜드. 짐빔을 마셔 봤어요.

오늘 마신 술은 짐빔의 가장 기본 라인업 화이트 라벨이에요.

많은 술을 마셔보지 못해서 깊은 평가는 불가능하지만, 가볍게 스카치 위스키와의 차이점을 적어볼까 해요.

먼저 버본 위스키는 옥수수를 이용해서 만드는게 특징인데, 주로 미국에서 만들어 져서 버본은 미국 위스키라 해도 무리가 없다고 해요.

맛은 스카치 위스키보다 넘김이 부드럽고, 바닐라 향이 강하며, 단맛이 느껴져요. 색도 조금 더 밝아 보이네요

스카치 위스키는 스트레이트로 마시기엔 스모키향이 너무 강해서 힘들하면, 버본 위스키는 단독으로 마시기에도 무리가 없을듯 해요.

Today, I tasted bourbon Whiskey what I mention on previous.

Last time was bourbon but made by Johnnie walker, but today i taste Jim beam which is famous brand of Bourbon.

It is standard line up of Jim beam, White label.

I haven't taste many drinks, hard to evaluate deeply, but lightly comment to compare with Scotch Whisky.

Bourbon Whiskey made with Corn, usually made by U.S. so it could called American Whiskey.

More smoothly drink over mouth, strong scent of vanilla, feel sweet. Looks more light color.

It is hard to drink straight with Scotch Whisky because it has too strong smoky scent. But Bourbon is free for that point.

오랫만에 올리네요. 그동안 일한다고 너무 바빳어요ㅠ

오늘은 시원한게 먹고 싶어 탄산수를 이용해 마시는걸 고민하다 하이볼을 만들어 봤어요.

하이볼은 탄산수와 위스키만을 이용한 간단한 술이에요.

레몬으로 장식을 하거나 하는 응용법이 있지만 저는 목이 말라 마시는거라 후딱 만들고 마셔버렸어요.

Long time now see. I was too busy for work..

Today, I made high ball. Because want to drink cool with soda water.

High ball is simple drink only need Whisky and soda water.

It could use lemon or other things but I made simply for thirsty.

1. 위스키와 탄산수를 준비합니다.

Prepare Whisky and soda water

2. 1:4 비율로 위스키와 탄산수를 섞습니다. 저는 위스키 1.5oz, 탄산수 6oz를 썻어요.

mix Whisky with soda water with 1:4 ratio. I used Whisky 1.5oz, soda water 6oz.

정말 부드러워요. 위스키의 향은 남지만 탄산수가 부드럽게 넘어가게 만들고, 시원해서 부담없이 마실수 있어요.

앞으로도 자주 만들어 마실것 같아요.

It is really soft. It has scent of Whisky but drink smoothly with soda water. Even cool.

Seems I make it often.

오늘은 오랫만에 칵테일을 만들어 봤어요.

오늘 만들어본 칵테일은 모스코 뮬이에요

보드카와 라임, 진저 비어를 이용해서 만들어요.

진저 비어는 진저 에일과 다른 음료에요.

다음번 포스트에서 좀더 자세히 다뤄 볼게요.

준비물은 보드카 1.5oz. 라임주스 0.5oz. 진저비어 적당히....라는데 저는 적당히를 싫어하므로 정했습니다. 1:3의 비율로 4.5oz.

보드카를 따르고, 라임주스를 넣고, 진저비어를 채운 후 살짝 저어 주면 됩니다.

Today I made cocktail. Didn't made it so long time...

Moscow Mule is the host on today.

It needs Vodka, lime and Ginger beer.

Ginger beer is quite different from Ginger ale. I will post on future.

Prepare Vodka 1.5oz, lime 0.5oz, Ginger beer moderately.....but I really hate "moderately'. I decided to make 1:3 rate. So it is 4.5oz.

Pour Vodka, lime juice and fill Ginger beer on glass. Little mix it.

정석대로라면 구리 머그잔에 만들고, 라임으로 장식해야 하지만 저는 간단히 만들었어요.

맛은 생각보다 상큼하고 매운맛은 그리 강하지 않아요. 약간의 단맛마저 느껴져요. 목마를때 마시면 좋을것 같아요.

Originally, I needs to make on cooper mug, decorate with lime. but i made simply.

It has quite refreshing taste, not as much spicy. Even I can feel little sweet. It seems good for thirsty.

한국에서 이틀연속으로 쓰는 리뷰에요

오늘도 냉장고에 있던 맥주 칭따오를 리뷰해 볼게요

역시 유명한 맥주 칭따오는 중국맥주에요.

하지만 처음 시작은 독일인이 세운회사라고 하네요. 지금은 중국의 국영 기업이라고 하지만 독일 맥주가 시초답게 맛있어요.

라거맥주이고 4.7도의 도수를 가지고 있어요.

특이하게 재료에 쌀이 들어간데요

그래서 그런지 맛이 약하다는 사람들도 있는데요

저도 다른 라거들과 비교해서 약간 밍밍함을 느꼈어요.

특유의 쇠맛은 약하게 나서 좋긴 했는데

무게감은 코로나와 타이거의 중간쯤이에요.

너무 가볍지도 않고 무겁지도 않아 음식과 함께 곁들여 먹으면 좋을듯 해요

쌀이 들어가는걸 확인하고 마셔서 그런지 몰라도 저는 뒷맛이 쌀과자의 향이 올라오는듯 했어요.

This is second review in Korea.

Today's host is Tsingtao.

It is famous China's beer.

But founder was German. Now it is being China's national company but still good taste like other German beer.

It is lager, 47 degree of alcohol.

It has rice to one of material.

Therefore someone said it has weak taste.

I also felt little weak compare with other lager.

It has less iron taste from other lagers.

Heavier than Corona but more light than tiger.

So it is good to drink with some food.

Maybe drink after I known it has rice, I tasted rice cracker after drink.

한국에 와 있는 관계로 오랫만에 올리게 되었어요.

집에 마침 누군가가 사놓은 맥주가 있길래 리뷰를 해 보아요.

이번에 리뷰할 맥주는 코로나에요. 그중에서도 엑스트라라는 상품인가 봐요.

사실 코로나는 유명하지만 평소 마셔보지 않은탓에 엑스트라와 일반을 비교하기 힘드네요. 돌아가서 한번 마셔 볼게요.

아무튼 코로나는 맥시코의 유명한 맥주에요.

뜻은 스페인어로 왕관이라네요.

도수는 4.5도에요

마셨을때 느낌은 가볍고, 깔끔하다는 느낌이였어요.

청량함이 특징이라던데 과연 라거 지만 무척 쉽고 부드럽게 넘어 갔어요. 특유의 쇠맛도 나지 않고 씁쓸한 뒷맛도 없으며 미약한 레몬향이 느껴졌어요.

마시고 난뒤 속에서 올라오는 맛에서는 달짝지근한 설탕향도 느껴졌어요.

개인적으로는 묵직한 맛을 좋아해서 극호는 아닌 술이였습니다!

Long time no see because I am back to Korea now :)

In home, someone keep beer. So I steal for review.

This time, Corona is the star. Especially Corona extra.

Corona is famous brand but I haven't try it before. Therefor I will review original when I leave Korea.

Corona is famous beer brand from Mexico. 

Means crown in Spanish.

It has 4.5 degree of alcohol

When you drink it, can feel light, simple and snappy.

Major feature of corona is feeling cool. Even it is lager, but drink soft and easily. It dose not have 'iron taste', no bitter. I felt little taste of lemon.

After drink, even I can feel sweet taste like sugar when bouquet come over from inside of stomach.

Personally, I like heavy taste. So not as much my favor.
